Confirm the rate
We quote the rate and transit time. Go ahead only if it works.
We collect
Pickup at the agreed time. If it needs packing, we pack it.
Tracking number
Issued on the day of dispatch, by WhatsApp or SMS.
Delivery confirmed
We send confirmation once it has been delivered.
What we cannot carry
Check this before booking — these are refused at the counter.
- Cash, jewellery and precious metals
- Loose lithium batteries outside a device
- Flammable liquids, gas cylinders and aerosols
- Perishable food
- Firearms, explosives and ammunition
- Anything restricted or illegal under Indian law
Courier questions
Is pickup charged separately?
No. Pickup within the city is free. If you ship regularly we will set up a daily scheduled pickup at no extra cost.
Do you pack, or do I?
Either. Basic envelope and bubble wrap are free. Box packing for heavy or fragile items carries a small charge, quoted upfront.
What if a parcel is lost or damaged?
You can claim up to the declared value. For anything high-value, take the insurance option at booking — it costs very little.
How do I track a shipment?
You get a tracking number on the day of dispatch by WhatsApp or SMS.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
On selected routes. Ask when you book and we will confirm for that destination.
Shipping something today?
Send the pincodes and the weight. You will have a rate back in minutes.
