Electronics job work
Assembly, harness and testing by the batch — pilot runs through to repeat production. You approve a sample before the batch runs, and every dispatch carries a test report.

If your job is not on this list, send a drawing or a photo. We will tell you honestly whether we can do it well.
How a job runs
Send the requirement
A drawing, a sample photo or a BOM. Tell us the quantity and the deadline.
Feasibility and quote
We come back with a per-piece rate and a realistic turnaround.
Sample first
We build one and send it. The batch does not start until you approve it.
Production
The batch runs, with progress updates along the way.
QC and dispatch
Tested, reported and shipped on our own courier.
Typical turnaround
Confirmed on your quote. If your material comes to us, the clock starts when it arrives.
| Batch size | Sample | Full batch |
|---|---|---|
| 10 to 50 pieces | 1 to 2 days | 3 to 5 working days |
| 50 to 200 pieces | 2 to 3 days | 5 to 10 working days |
| 200 pieces and above | 3 to 4 days | Quoted per job |
What a quote needs from you
Missing any of these and we end up guessing, which helps nobody.
- What you want built — drawing, photo or physical sample
- Quantity per batch
- Whether you supply the material or we source it
- Your deadline
- Whether testing is required
- How it should be packed
Job work questions
Can you source the material?
Yes. Then the quote covers material and labour together. If you supply it, you only pay for labour.
What is the minimum quantity?
10 pieces for assembly, 25 for harness work. For a genuine prototype we will look at smaller runs.
Is the sample charged?
Not on straightforward jobs. Complex ones carry a small charge credited back against the production order.
What if a batch comes back faulty?
Every dispatch includes a test report. If the fault is ours, we rework or replace it at our cost.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before work starts. Send yours or use ours.
Have a job in mind?
Send a drawing or a photo of the sample. You will have a rate and a timeline within 24 hours.
